How is it weigh in day already tomorrow?
Hii Buddies! Well, while I have not been BAD this week, I don’t know if I have done “lose a pound good.” I went to the gym for the first time in a week and ran 5.2 miles lastnight and I am going back tonight to play catch up and plan to go tomorrow night too. I want to follow through with going tomorrow night too, I really do. That way I don’t have to go all weekend. I am trying to eat plenty of fiber this week and so far so good but it has yet to do what fiber is supposed to do if ya know what I mean!
HaHa! Things are going great with Jeff and me and school and the semester are winding down. I have a big paper to do yet but I will get it done—I seem to work best under pressure so, whatever

What are you adding to your diet that is more fiberish? Ideas would be great
It’s amazing how far you’ve come in a year, well almost, in two days. You are doing so well with your journey and are such a huge inspiration to me. You have so much going on in your life yet you somehow manage to balance it all. Keep up the great work and I’m so happy to hear that you and Jeff are very happy together.

Thank you :)As far as more fiber, I eat a lot of edamame for snacks (soy beans). They are one of my faves. I also eat fruit and veggies and crackers with extra fiber and sometimes fiber bars.

And Nancy, I DID go to the gym directly after work and I did run over 5 miles and I FEEL Grrreat! I don’t expect a loss still but I am feeling good and those pounds will come off eventually… Right?
